  5. I am unable to do the registration..what user id / pw to be used? is it office address at the time of registartion.

  6. If it doesn't work it is because your IT department has not configured the autodiscover address setting properly on your OCS Server.

At the time of the first registration (if you have not got any FuzeMessenger account) you can use any username and password that you want--step 3-5. After that login using your windows/office user name/password --step 6-8.

If it is not work for you, then you need to ask your Network Administrator the fuze messenger only work for the OCS Server that already open its port.

  18. pretty sure non of your companies would allow you to provide your network password to a third party, which then logs into communicator for you... you are violating your company's regulations for sure by using this

  20. In order for this to work, your company must have the Office Communicator Edge functionality enabled. This requires 2 different servers. One main OCS server which usually resides on the internal network, and the second edge server which acts as a proxy and routes external traffic to the internal server.

This functionality must be configured by your IT dept. Without this configuration it is impossible for your mobile device to see your OCS server (unless connected to your company network via VPN).

Hi, please make sure you entered the correct password for your enterprise account...this kind of problem is usually happened when you have updated your enterprise password with a new one in your Office PC/Laptop...so just make sure you edit your ocs account in the fuze messenger and update your enterprise password.

  40. hi,
I have just tried it now and it doesn't work for me and I am also wondering why it doesn't require the company server details. With iDialog it works, but there I have to maintain the company server details.

  41. This is a great but I wonder can an IM handle the complication of communication in a professional environment. A messenger need more than what is in present IM. I am using CD messenger from last 6 years. It has feature like Sticky notes, Group messages, Conferencing, Notice board, to do list, File transfer, Calendar, Task and Events reminders. File Transfer enables to send files or documents to other users. Notice board can be used to send or receive notice to selected user or entire list. We can give title to notice circulation and check your notice report. This service is available at https://www.cdmessenger.com/
